What’s up tumblr! You may have seen us post a few things with #projecttrihawk and while the project isn’t ready for release yet, we’re asking for your help! If you haven’t guessed already, Project Trihawk is a new animated adventure that will tell the origins of how Rufio came to Neverland and became king of the Lost Boys.
This is where you guys come in! If we want this to happen, we’ll need your help in spreading the word and to do that, we’ll be using thunderclap. If you haven’t used it before, it’s a social media platform that helps people send out their message with the combined efforts of their supporters. They describe it as like an “online flash mob”. All you have to do is pledge a tweet, tumblr or facebook post that will send out our message at a certain time and day.
So if you think Project Trihawk is worth it, help out some Lost Boys and follow the link below.

We’re at the grand opening of the “Heroes in a Half Shell” TMNT Art Tribute Gallery at Gallery Nucleus in LA!!

So many of our artists have pieces in the exhibit…it’s amazing how many of the folks that work on the show are also HUGE fans!

Come check out the gallery if you can! The exhibit will run til August 3rd.

This was super fun! Glad to have been a part of it :)

Greetings tumblrheads! I work on the TMNT show airing on Nickelodeon and we were asked to contribute to a show Gallery Nucleus in LA and here they are! (Click here for more info)

I’m a huge fan of old school Japanese revenge films (and their posters!) so I tried to emulate that. I tweaked the designs from our version of the show and borrowed a bit from the IDW series, especially for the Shredder piece featuring Dark Leo from the City Fall event.

I also tried to do something a bit different this time, experimenting with paper crafting! I spent countless hours cutting out all the different layers to give it that 3D effect. It’s a mix of different layers of art printed on paper and other parts painted with gouache.

Also music is a big part of my creative process, so here’s the dope song that helped me out with these two! Oh and shout out to kyletwebster as I used his dry media brush set available here for the brushwork!
